Who you are dealing with

One engineer, twenty years, and no account managers.

I am Vamsi Battineni. I build what I sell you, and you deal with me - not a salesperson who signs you up and hands you to a delivery team you never meet.

Why this will probably work

I spent two decades deploying and scaling gaming systems - in South Africa, across Asia, in Canada and here in Australia. Regulated systems with money moving through them, in four different regulatory regimes, on infrastructure that varied enormously from one country to the next, and the kind of system where people notice within seconds if it stops. That is the standard I build to. Not because a small business needs enterprise complexity, but because the habits transfer: assume it will fail, make it recover on its own, and never lose the data.

Where this started

I started at Unibiz Software Solutions in India as a software test engineer, on an ERP for audio-visual and construction rental companies. Businesses where a double-booked item costs you a job, the whiteboard is the real system, and the software everyone is sold assumes a head office that does not exist. I stayed in quality assurance for seven years, four there and three more at Scientific Games. Seven years of finding out how other people's software breaks is the best training there is for building things that do not fall over, and it is why everything below reads the way it does. That early work is also where I learned what an operation this size actually needs, as opposed to what software vendors think it needs. It is the reason I am building for small business now rather than chasing enterprise work.

Why small business

The tools I used on systems worth millions are now cheap enough for a business with six staff. Most of them never get there, because the people selling them are aimed at companies with a procurement department and a project manager to spare.

  • Access

Enterprise-grade tools, scoped and priced for a business your size - not a cut-down version of something built for someone else.

  • Operations

Replacing the manual steps that eat an owner's evenings, starting with the ones that cost the most.

  • Growth

AI that earns its keep and pays for itself, not a novelty you show people at a barbecue.

What it is like to work with me

  • You talk to the person building it

No account manager in between, and nothing handed off to a team offshore.

  • I will tell you when the answer is not AI

Sometimes the fix is a process change and a phone call. You will get that answer even though it earns me nothing.

  • Scope agreed before we start

A fixed piece of work with a fixed price, not an open-ended retainer that quietly becomes a salary.

  • You can see it working first

The receptionist, the calculator, the forms - try them before you commit to anything.

The honest part

Ai4U is new. There are no case studies and no client logos on this site, because there are not any yet. Anyone eighteen months old showing you a wall of them is showing you somebody else's work. What there is instead: twenty years you can check on LinkedIn, and this website - which is itself the thing I build. The calculator, the contact form and the phone all run on one system I wrote. If you want to know whether I can build yours, use mine.
